On November 19, 2021, the Personnel Management Workshop was hosted in an online format. The workshop was held by Stefan Linge, Head of Human Resources and Organizational Development at the SGS Group in Germany. The workshop was part of the Young Chemists workshop series. The workshop was held in theory units, which were repeatedly interrupted by group work. On the one hand, the aim was to work out what makes a good manager. On the other hand, it was established how the participants could best use their strengths to lead their staff in the best possible way. In the course of this, some of the participants also carried out personality tests. Also, several questions were asked by the participants during the workshop, which made it very interactive despite the online format. The Young Chemists Vienna would like to thank Mr Linge for this successful workshop!
