The lecture will consist of two parts. On the one hand Dr. Eva Überegger, head of the laboratory for wine and beverage analytics, will talk about accreditation. Dr. Peter Robatscher, head of the laboratory for Aroma and Metabolites, on the other hand will present food analytics at the research center Laimburg. The lecture will be followed by a small buffet, which will provide a chance to talk with the lecturers.
Presentation on the topic of microplastics, followed by an exchange between the participants, the speaker and the Young Chemists.
